9.10.9.1. Fire Separations. Dwelling units shall be separated from each other and from other parts of the building by fire separations having the prescribed fire-resistance rating.
9.10.19.1. Smoke Alarms. Smoke alarms shall be installed in every dwelling unit and shall be interconnected so that the activation of one alarm will cause all alarms in the unit to sound.
