NBC 9.32: Mechanical Ventilation and Air Quality

9.32.1.1. Scope. This Section applies to the mechanical ventilation of rooms and spaces in residential buildings.

9.32.3.3. Principal Exhaust. Every dwelling unit shall have a principal exhaust fan capable of running continuously to provide fresh air exchange.

9.32.3.7. Kitchen and Bathroom Exhaust. Kitchens and bathrooms shall be provided with exhaust fans to remove moisture and odors at the source.
