5.2.1.1. Equipment Efficiency. All HVAC equipment shall meet the minimum performance ratings (SEER, COP, HSPF) specified for its capacity.

5.2.1.2. Air Duct Sealing. Ducts shall be sealed to SMACNA standards to prevent air leakage and pressure loss in the distribution system.

5.2.1.10. Economizer Controls. Systems serving large areas must include air or water economizers to utilize outdoor air for cooling when conditions permit.
