This process begins with a comprehensive 'System Orientation.' We walk you through every mechanical system in the home—from the HRV and heat pump to the smart home automation and security systems. We show you how to change filters, reset breakers, and manage your home's energy settings.

You receive a digital 'Master Archive' containing all project documents: architectural drawings, engineering reports, permit records, and a complete list of all finishes and paint colors used. We also provide a 'Maintenance Calendar' tailored to your home's specific materials.

Our relationship doesn't end when we hand over the keys. We perform a 30-day and 1-year follow-up to ensure everything is performing as expected. We are your partners in the long-term stewardship of your property.
