NBC 9.14: Exterior Cladding Design and Installation

9.14.1.1. Scope. This Section applies to the design and installation of exterior cladding systems to ensure weather protection.

9.14.2.1. Materials. Cladding materials shall be durable and resistant to the effects of weathering and environmental exposure.

9.14.3.1. Installation. Cladding shall be installed to provide a continuous weather barrier and allow for the drainage of any moisture.
