NBC 9.33: Heating and Air-conditioning Standards

9.33.1.1. Scope. This Section applies to the design and installation of heating and air-conditioning systems in residential buildings.

9.33.3.1. Design Temperatures. Heating systems shall be capable of maintaining the prescribed indoor temperatures during the winter design conditions.

9.33.4.1. Duct Systems. Duct systems shall be designed and installed to ensure adequate air distribution and to minimize energy loss.
