5.1.1.1. Scope. The scope of this Part shall be as described in Subsection 1.3.3. of Division A.

5.1.2.1. Exposure to Moisture. Building assemblies exposed to moisture shall be designed and constructed to prevent the ingress of moisture that could adversely affect the health or safety of persons or the performance of the building.
