NECB Part 4: Prescriptive Lighting Standards

4.2.1.1. Scope. This Section applies to the prescriptive requirements for interior and exterior lighting systems.

4.2.2.1. Lighting Power Density. The total installed interior lighting power shall not exceed the prescribed power density for the building type.

4.2.3.1. Controls. Automatic lighting controls, such as occupancy sensors and daylight harvesting, shall be provided where required.
