NECB Part 4: Trade-off Lighting Standards

4.3.1.1. Scope. This Section applies to the trade-off path for interior lighting systems, allowing for flexibility in design.

4.3.2.1. Compliance. Compliance is achieved if the total installed lighting power is less than or equal to the total lighting power allowance calculated for the building.

4.3.3.1. Calculation. Detailed calculations shall be provided to demonstrate that the trade-off path meets the overall energy performance requirements.
